At Lab9022, our mission is to help our clients achieve their goals by providing fast, accurate, and reliable analytical services for microchips. The owner Don Davis

I am an Air Force veteran having served from March 1986 to March 1990, as an Aircraft Electrical Systems technician, stationed at Bitburg AFB West Germany.

My first employment opportunity as a civilian, Lockheed Support Systems, in Southern California, working for Lockheed Skunkworks. Northrop Grumman in Palmdale California, marking the introduction within the semiconductor industry. 

For the last 22 years, I’ve applied the skills acquired from aviation, towards the Microelectronics/Semiconductor industry, performing Failure Analysis services, while also developing a forensic mechanism for detecting counterfeit technology.

During his years in the Air Force, he was sent to operate in German. The number 9022 is derived from an airplane, assigned to his Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU). The daily mission was to generate multiple successful flights, known as sorties, free of significant issues, to receive the highest credibility throughout the base. 9022 was best known for its unparalleled performance delivering effective, immediate, consistent, and dependable results.

Since then 9022 has been to multiple wars but is most known for its appearance in the Gulf War with Iraq in 1991. Later in 2018, it was trucked to Pueblo Weisbrod Museum. It was completely restored to the way it looked when Looney flew the aircraft with the 36th TFW at Bitburg.
